" The World's Oldest Dog Title Revoked''

As being a owner of loving husky dog this news of BBC instigate a article on Bobi.

No Matter How Many Years  We Get With Our Dogs Its Never Long Enough!

"Bobi's extraordinary lifespan exceeds the life expectancy of a standard dog."

Bobi was once hailed as the world's oldest dog but later lost the title due to controversy over his exact age. Guinness World Records cast doubt on the authenticity of Bobby's records, announcing that there was insufficient evidence to support his age claim. The organization considered that the microchip confirmed that Bobi was of insufficient age, which led to the revocation of the title given to him in February last year. GWR has not yet decided on a new record holder, so the name difference is temporary. Bobi, a Rafeiro do Alentejo dog from Conquerors, Portugal, lives beyond  his breed's lifespan, which is usually 12 to 14 years.

However, it was reported that he turned 30 when he won the eye-catching award.  Unfortunately, Bobi died in October 2023, reportedly at the age of 31 years and 165 days. But doubts about the authenticity of his age led GWR to begin investigating the evidence used to reveal his name. The investigation was carried out last month but failed to provide any real evidence about Bobby's date of birth. Due to lack of evidence GWR decided to drop Bobby from its name.

The agency said it could not recognize Bobby as a secretary without sufficient evidence to support her age claim. Bobby's owner Lionel Costa did not comment on the cancellation. Although Costa defended Bobby's age, he remained silent on the matter. Danny Chambers, a veterinarian at the Royal  Veterinary College, also expressed doubts about Bobby's age claim, saying none of his colleagues believed the dog was 31 years old. The owner of the title of world's oldest dog is Australian Bluey, who died in 1939 at the age of 29 years and 5 months.
